Our Epic Journey
Hi! I’m Nathan and I would like to tell you a bit about us. It all starts back in 2012, while I was studying nursing at Washington State University, we stumbled into the world of real estate by investing in our first rental property. Let me tell you, we were hooked right from the start. Fast forward to after I graduated from nursing school, where I was working night shifts in the cardiac unit at one of our local hospitals in Spokane, WA, and the urge to buy more real estate just kept growing. In between my nursing duties, being a husband to my lovely wife and a dad to two youngsters at the time, I squeezed out enough time to handwrite letters to homeowners, asking if they wanted to sell their property. It took about two years of balancing work, being a dad, and growing this new side hustle before I was able to dive full-time into the wild world of real estate, and oh boy, we've never looked back since!
Fast forward 11 years: my wife Angela and I, along with our four little adventurers, have always had a thing for travel. After transacting on hundreds of real estate transactions over the years, we decided it was time for a break. So, we made a bold move and bought a massive 5th wheel travel trailer to explore the beauty of America. Let me tell you, waving good-bye to our home in eastern WA at the beginning of June 2023 was just the start of an epic 14-month adventure.
As we journeyed across America, gazing at its awe-inspiring regions, the idea for another grand venture started brewing. Reflecting on all the homeowners we had helped through my previous company, Precision Property Buyers, I realized it was time to extend that same helping hand to landowners. And just like that, the seed for Atlas Land Company was planted.
