Atlas Land contacted me first out of the blue. I was quite skeptical so I called my local security title company to ask about them and was told they had worked with them before, so I continued the process of selling. Vince and I negotiated a price and then Vince handed the rest over to staff. The staff were very nice and contacted me weekly to keep me informed. They were quick to get back to me when I had questions. Documents were sent by Docusign which were quick and easy. The final documents were FedExed to me and back to the title company with a voided check. About three days later I had the negotiated price in my bank account. All went easy and smooth. Thank you.
